Die Friedensbotschaft aus dem Ranft berührt Menschen weit über Obwalden hinaus, dies zeigte sich eindrücklich an der dritten Friedenswanderung am 22. Dezember 2023. Rund 40 Teilnehmende trotzten Wind und Regen und machten sich auf den Weg von Stans in den Ranft; zu Fuss wie 1481 Heimo Amgrund, der bei Bruder Klaus Rat für die zerstrittenen Eidgenossen suchte. Dank der klugen Botschaft von Bruder Klaus einigte sich die Tagsatzung in Stans. Es wurde Frieden im Land.
